Of course, if you call they will add insult by telling you to send pics or bring up that tip to tip size crap. I have received a small refund on an order with jumbo & large that was not great. I placed an order in Jan due to coupon claiming heavy crabs & 36.00 off order that cost about 129 shipped with fees included. Not only did I just get 2 jumbo, most of the rest pre frozen crabs were light, but they always send 1 or more extras to cover the incomplete order which did not help when you want jumbo. I want to like this place but the only orders I have been sorta happy with are the offers for free ship large size with table paper & wooden mallets. The things I do like is you can order with no seasoning, the great packing & next day delivery.
